I’m home.
After about 17 hours of flying, I took the shuttle bus from JFK to Newark, waited at Newark for 4 hours, then took a 3 and a half hour bus trip to Quakertown, and then walked from 4th and Broad to my home carrying 3 suitcases.
I finally felt like a missionary.

Faith and Works

Full House

43 kids in one house. 
Babies, toddlers, grade-school children and a few teenagers.  To many, that might sound like a nightmare.  Imagine the dishes, doing the wash, changing the diapers!  At the same time though, being there yesterday, the people working there were truly joyful.  And you know, they had seen some amazing demonstrations of God’s power in their lives.

I’m thankful.  My schedule so far is pretty packed.
I was able to go visit an orphanage today called “The Purple House.”  It’s actually not called that, it has an African name, but I call it the Purple House because I can’t say the other.

I’m here.
I said goodbye to my wife and girls on Monday morning at the airport.  Actually, I should probably said I cried goodbye.  Cried like a little girl.  It was alot easier buying the ticket than actually getting on the plane.  Three weeks away seems like forever.
