Love her…

One of the primary ways you can make God look great today as a husband is by loving your wife. Obvious, I know. But how exactly should you love your wife today?

Here are several suggestions:

1. Love her graciously
Meaning, love her even when her actions don’t “deserve” it.
2. Love her actively
Meaning, deliberately choose to love her today. Don’t simply live life in neutral, but take action and pursue your wife.
3. Love her consistently
Meaning, try not to go up and down in the way you care for your wife depending on how you feel but become the kind of man she can count on in every
4. Love her unselfishly
Meaning, love her not treat her nice to get what you want. Care for her needs above your own, don’t simply manipulate her to get her to do your
5. Love her constructively
Meaning, think today about how to help her grow and succeed.
6. Love her sacrificially
Meaning, show her your love for her by being willing to do things that are difficult for you to do for her good and joy.
7. Love her especially
Meaning, make sure she is your primary and priority human relationship.
8. Love her passionately
Meaning, romance her.
9. Love her openly
Meaning, make sure it is obvious to everyone around that you care about your wife deeply.
10. Love her sincerely
Meaning, love her from the heart.
11. Love her perseveringly
Meaning, keep on loving her day in and day out no matter what!

      Tommie, I suspect that you like my attitude because it is your attitude towards your own wife. Fantastic. Praise be to our Lord who saved us with an everlasting love.
